Coffee Club: Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer

Dunkin' Donuts & International Delight Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer

Good coffee creamer is hard to find, but good non-dairy coffee creamer poses a bigger challenge. Many non-dairy creamers aren’t actually creamy, or they lose their flavor quickly. What’s a lactose intolerant coffee lover to do?

Per recommendation of a coworker, I decided to try out different single serve non-dairy coffee creamers. I chose International Delight’s French Vanilla and Dunkin’ Donuts’ Vanilla creamers. Both brands are sold in packs of 24; each box was less than $3 at my local Target.

I love Dunkin’ coffee, and their dairy creamer is delicious. I was thrilled to find they started selling single serve, non-dairy creamers at Target.

While they’re not as creamy as the dairy creamer from Dunkin’, these single serve creamers provide a subtle taste of vanilla for my coffee. They’re not overbearing, and I still get the full flavor of my coffee. However, I prefer a bold coffee creamer, and I had to use four single serve pods to achieve the flavor I wanted in my morning coffee.

International Delight was one of the first non-dairy creamer brands I tried. I typically use their refrigerated french vanilla creamer, but I can’t use the stuff fast enough and it ends up losing its flavor. It’s not a huge expense, but it’s wasteful.

These single serve french vanilla creamers taste just like the stuff from the bottle. They’re ultra creamy, full of flavor, and still low calorie.

Overall Thoughts

The International Delight French Vanilla Creamer Singles are perfect for me. However, the Dunkin’ creamers are still great, and especially good if you prefer a hint of creamer in your coffee.

I love that these pods don’t need to be refrigerated; it makes storing them in my desk at work or bringing them on a road trip a lot easier. They’re also easy to store at home! I keep them in my coffee corner in a clear glass jar for easy access when I’m brewing my coffee.

Whether you’re dairy-free or just need an easy alternative to refrigerated coffee creamer, I highly recommend either of these brands.

Happy coffee drinking!
